Recommended Hotels
La Palmeraie Area
Peaceful and green, this area is known for its palm groves, spacious gardens, and resort-style hotels.
It’s also the closest area to our wedding venue, Ksar Char-Bagh — with most hotels located just a 5–10 minute drive away.
We recommend staying here if you prefer a more relaxing trip — slow mornings, massages, and afternoons by the pool. It’s ideal for guests who don’t mind taking a short drive into the Medina for sightseeing or shopping.

The Medina
For guests seeking an authentic Moroccan experience, the Medina is the heart of Marrakech — lively, colourful, and full of charm. Hidden within its winding alleys are beautiful riads offering traditional architecture and peaceful courtyards that feel worlds away from the bustling streets outside.
Cars cannot access most riads directly, but staff or porters are always available to assist with luggage. We recommend staying in the Medina if you want a more immersive and active trip — you’ll be right in the centre of the city, able to explore markets, cafés, and landmarks on foot.
Riads in the Medina can be found easily through Airbnb or major booking platforms, and we suggest reading recent reviews to find the style and comfort level that best suits you.
